The 2020 John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners Christmas campaign in partnership with charities Home Start and Fair Share UK. After a year like no other the aim was to encourage acts of kindness and drive donations to charity (matched by the brands), as well as drive awareness of the brands as the best destination to buy thoughtful gifts.

A Give A Little Love randomiser lens gave the audience a suggestion for an act of kindness.

Instagram stickers were used to further brand engagement and attribution, letting the nation join in in the moment.

Social and digital content for the 2020 Christmas campaign included behind the scenes exclusives with the singer of the campaign, Celeste.

A suite of 30 GIFs were created to respond to customers online across launch, with personalised versions created additionally, to reward fans and respond to celebrities and influencers.
